whoa, what a day yesterday, i actually forced myself to walk a whole lot yesterday. yes! walk even run!. but still, just woke up and my leg is darn painful. lols. see la. my blame...
my ankle sweel seems to reduce...still.the swell is still there. guess its gonna take like a month to recover...i kinda thought that its just a normal sprain...but i guess...the past ligament tear my be the cause of the problems...ive been working on muscles around it so maybe the sprain cause several internal damages around it...internal bleeding. tats why it kinda swell so darn badly. ive been iceing and heating my ankle 3 times a day at least...and things seems to speed its recovery...
guys. today is ming guang birthday! remember to wish him as well luh. will be going to zhenguang house later. for diy dinner!haa. will be cooking baked rice and pastas...maybe more. we'll see. wah. long time nvr make baked rice. i love baked ricee =).
