today, i kinda had a rough day...
in school why? because im feeling so restless and tired and
im really not in the mood to do anything...

i kinda start sneezing in the SPT Room...and its seems to get bad...
i was looking forward to do smmore gyimming session but i felt that my
body cannot take it..

and so i went home and took a 2 hr nap...now that ive waken up to do some research...
i felt damn too lethargic...and my body feels cold...cold sweat. and my temperature are high...im feeling so bad now.urgh..have tosleep soon. the headache is getting bad...
