im back home at last...
soo soo tired and yet i force myself to train harder in the gym...
i must get back my old timing for 2.4km...i must beat that old timing..
so one of the main objectives this year is to beat 7min 57 secs for 2.4km.

10km cycling under 25 mins is also a must to prepare for osim trialthlon 08....

next target is to train my pull up!. must beat that 11 mark. must go all the way to 20 pull ups!. i must do it. ill be doing more running and cardio workout.ill be training my flexes and will be getting back to tae kwon do soon..if i can. the best is i can be flexible in the past sports that im good at which is soccer and tkd.maybe i can train back and get back to the tkd nationals team...

i must change....and it will takes time. i have to be better and dicipline in order to archieve my target....

must forget and give up certain things in life...i have a bright future ahead if i work hard and of course that'll be much better.

....sometimes, i don't know if certain things shuld be taken lightly or seriously...the need to not hurt anyone is always a priority...and sometimes the need to look for the future and consequences is always in my thoughts...

i promise. ill be back!
