soo bked and busy these few days.
anyway, im just back from my leadership training camp
ita a good camp where i meet those nice people...get to know them
and its also a bad camp bacause they produce leaders through tortures.
thats what i think. haa
cux why torture them when there can be a better approach? with stupid time limits.
what are u trying to prove when u punish out leaders when ur the one who wants to punish them and expect us to listen to u and pity our leaders?
dicipline wise?. nothing can i say...its just simple dicipline training i had in sec sch. and time limit u set does not even make sense when u decide to drag it with ur punishments. i meant think lar. we are producing leaders not followers and torturers. tats why i kept quiet most of the time when asked for opinions. cux opnion are subjective...
